These terms are issued by MAADD ADVERTISING AND TRANSPORT LLP (LLPIN ADA-7608), registered with ROC Vijayawada(“MAADD”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the MAADD Driver app (Android package com.driveads.driver), you agree to these terms and the Privacy policy.
1. The service
MAADD operates a verified vehicle-advertising platform. Drivers may apply to campaigns after KYC. Advertisers may brief campaigns by city and vehicle type. MAADD operations assign, track, and govern the network. We do not guarantee that every application will be approved or that campaigns will always be available in your city.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old
- You must be legally allowed to drive the vehicle you register
- You must have authority to display advertising on that vehicle
- You must submit accurate KYC and vehicle documents
3. Accounts
Driver access uses OTP to your mobile number. You are responsible for that phone and for activity on your account. Do not share OTPs. Notify support@maadd.in if you lose access or suspect misuse. We may suspend accounts that fail verification, submit false documents, spoof location, or abuse the platform.
4. KYC and documents
You authorise MAADD to collect and review Aadhaar, PAN, vehicle RC, photos, and related KYC for onboarding and fraud control. Documents must belong to you (or to a vehicle you are authorised to operate). Fake, edited, or third-party documents are grounds for immediate suspension. Re-upload may be required if a file is unclear.
5. Location and trip tracking
If you start a trip, you consent to GPS collection for that trip, including background location if you grant it, so MAADD can verify movement for an assigned campaign. You must not mock GPS, stop tracking while claiming an active trip, or use another person’s device to fake routes. Trip data may affect whether activity is approved.
6. Campaigns and creatives
Assignment is subject to admin approval and campaign rules (city, vehicle type, dates). You must carry only approved creative, keep the vehicle in the condition required by the brief, and follow local advertising and traffic law. Advertisers must have rights to any creative they supply. MAADD may decline content that is illegal, misleading, or harmful.
7. Earnings and settlements
Where earnings, wallet, or payout features are enabled, amounts are payable only for verified trip activity and approved assignments. MAADD may withhold or reverse amounts tied to fraud, incomplete KYC, or policy breaches. Current app versions may show campaign operations without a live wallet; enabling payouts does not change these rules.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Break applicable law or vehicle/advertising regulations
- Interfere with GPS, KYC, notifications, or other users
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the service
- Use the app to harass, defraud, or impersonate anyone
9. Permissions and third-party services
The Android app may request location, camera, photos, and notifications. Google Play services and Maps may process data under Google’s terms. Push alerts may be delivered through device notification services. Those providers are not controlled by MAADD except as needed to run the app.
10. Intellectual property
MAADD branding, software, and platform content belong to MAADD ADVERTISING AND TRANSPORT LLP or its licensors. You keep rights in your own photos and documents, and you grant MAADD a licence to use them to operate verification, campaigns, and support.
11. Disclaimer
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted uptime, a minimum number of campaigns, or a minimum income. Outdoor conditions, traffic, and advertiser demand are outside our full control.
12. Liability
To the extent permitted by Indian law, MAADD is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss arising from GPS gaps, rejected KYC, declined assignments, or advertiser decisions. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
13. Termination
You may stop using the app and request account deletion as described in the Privacy policy. We may suspend or close accounts for breach, legal risk, or operational reasons. Sections that should survive (including KYC audit, liability, and governing law) remain in effect.
14. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top is the current version. If a change is material, we may notify you in the app or on this website. Continued use after the update is acceptance of the new terms.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts having jurisdiction in connection with ROC Vijayawada/ Andhra Pradesh shall have subject-matter jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
